Casa Laura y Ruben

Laura and Toledo’s house is located in the city of Trinidad to three minutes from the Plaza Mayor. It has three air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom. One with a double bed and one single, another with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Laura and Toledo are two architects who built his house upon the remains of walls and foundations of an old building of the eighteenth century, adapting to the place and very simply reinterpreting patterns and features of colonial domestic architecture. We used iron windows with wooden shutters, wooden ceilings and tiles, a small gallery or open portal to the courtyard, bright colors such as blue, yellow and red, contrasting with the green plants, a terrace furnished second level the traditional way where you can sunbathe, and tasty cocktails such as Mojito, Cuba Libre, Daiquiri, colonial Trinidad and Canchánchara, where you can see part of the city, mountains and sea, give this a calm beautiful house.
